Hotel O JDH Dharamshala

lnfact, there are no much staffs to attend your needs. But, Mr. veeru who is in the day shift and Mr. Sukhdev in the night shift were very helpful to me when i stayed there. There is CCTV presence in most of the area to ensure our security. But there is no restaurant inside the hotel. They said the chef is on leave when i made a food order . but they arranged my food from outside. Complementary breakfast was toasted bread and tea when i was there because of this reason. Quality of the room is good for the money we pay near to an international airport. The location is at a prime area but inside a little conjusted street which is very near to the main road. recommended for middle class family and bachelors.

I did not like hotel and hotel room as it was very small and toilet was not clean, the picture of the room showed at goibibo site is completely different from the room provided by them. They give only one allo paratha with sabzi for one people in breakfast means two persons will get only two allo paratha one for each and how they serve tea with breakfast it looks very cheap and they provide breakfast after 40 minute when you asked them for breakfast, poor service.

My booking was shifted from 18408 to some other hotel. This was done only when I called at support desk. I had to wait more than 2 hours in airport before I got new accommodation. However new accommodation was good and staff are very helpful. My recommendation, please do not accept any booking if it is partially confirm. This would help to avoid last minute harassment.

The stay was good, staff behavior was also good but they gave us a room on top that was much warm even Ac was nt working properly. The first 4 hrs were horrible that we spent inside that room. with continue request for room chang ,after a long time they give us another room on first floor that was good. Lastly saty was good and even price for room was nt more.
