matrus is old could not sleep through out the night. Bottles water even at payment is not available. Reception was told regarding the issues of mattrus seems due to prem payment no action was initiated n told complete rooms are full this was not the case. I will avoid this hotel in future.

Horrible experience ... I Have so many issues with this hotel .. 1) The service is very very poor if u call room service they just IGNORE you. 2) AC dont work properly. 3) The water in the washroom suddenly changes from cold to hot and hot to cold ..

The breakfast was not up to the mark as they didn't have the much options, they just had only one option. The changed the room on the complain as i was not satisfied with the that. Overall its all good.

Very Poor service. Room phone was not working. Bathroom was very small. Cable TV was not working. Room clean service is very poor. Not even come after so much call. Never advise to stay.

Worst hotel experience, first they will charge extra even if you have paid whole amount lights were going off in room, they charge you for everything even one bottle water and lighter
