It was a wonderful stay here in OYO Flagship 62753. The hotel staff was really kind and helpful. When I reached my hotel, I faced a major problem, they helped me out so nicely. Also, I am a non-tamilian so they made the communication and solved my problem. Some points to note- 1. Location is a bit far away 2. Food has to be ordered through Zomato, Swiggy 3. You'll be given water bottles when asked no need to worry 4. Wifi router was not working during my stay, but they told that they will fix it asap 5. Always use Ola auto to reach the place, the normal auto charge you more and start shouting like where they are being brought. 6. There is no lift but that won't be a problem because who doesn't likes to go through stairs, weight loss and all 7. The manager, Sajjin Bhaiyya is really helpful and you can tell him all your grievances directly, he will solve it for sure. 8. If you order food online, you can ask the hotel to give you plates, bowls and spoons no need to worry I really recommend this hotel for a affordable stay if you are coming to chennai specifically if you are coming for SRM Admissions and all like me. Also, this hotel can be a good getaway place for all. Thank you😊

Such a bad experience. I have paid the entire amount of hotel bill. However after reaching the hotel the receptionist ask me to pay 1000 more which i did pay having no option. He told me to cancel the booking if i don't pay the extra money for which i think i will not get the full refund at that time . So i have to pay him only and at the time i arrived in hotel its midnight which is difficult for me to search for other hotels also . Please look into all this matters . Very bad experience . Wont encourage anyone to book

I'm paid two days extra cost for breakfast, but hotel staffs had told there is no breakfast here. Also AC was not working, they not provide some items like water bottle, soap, towels. And very poor response from hotel staffs.

Rooms were not clean, bed sheets were not clean, water also not Ro, just simple tap water. very disappointed with the location also it's far away from the main city, nothing to eat.

the room was filled with bedbugs and there was no helping hand for carrying your luggage to the room. The was no as such good hospitality. The overall experience was poor.

This hotel has a spacious room, good airconditioning. Bathroom warm water is available. Nice stay! would definitely recommend a stat here.
