We were delighted by our experience at the hotel. the Staff were very friendly, warm and went all out to help when needed. it was my family trip during my stay and it felt like the Royal was celebrating birthday and treated me special. the hotel itself was so clean and spacious and had beautiful view. Rooms were the best as all rooms. everything we asked or requested was heard for. I will surely book with this hotel in which ever city or country that they are in if this is what standards are then wow...what took me so long to make a booking. I was blown away my experience.
