doesn't feel clean. this omm sai plaza doesn't come in ola or uber.. locating it in the app s a head ache.. heater exists but doesn't work.. the guy there has no clue how to make it work or whether it's working.. drinking water is bad.. guess it's just from the tap in a disposable bottle.. it's dusty and cramped.. to my knowledge nothing was mentioned about breakfast... i would not recommend to anyone.. bathroom is not attached.. one guy sleeps in the hall outside your room

Good and prompt service. Easily accessible. Professional behavior and always ready to help staff. Room is quite beautiful and clean. One problem is wifi, it's not connecting. Anyways it doesn't matter if other facilities are at the best. Staff's behavior and cleanliness.

Staff are cooperative. Bedrolls are not that much clean. Room service is one of worst of kind. Food arrangement is from outside even they donot have spoon 🥄 for your food.worst experience.
