Hotel O Red Velvet Premium

I booked this hotel through Goibibo however the hotel charged us more then what was shown on the website. On raising the concern they were rude and and unprofessional. Now coming to the hotel, for the money they are charging it's not even worth the half of it. Washbasin drain pipe was broken, no toiletries were provided, walls were damped with black mould. Overall will not recommend this hotel to anyone, you can get much better hotels for the same price they are charging

worst service, worst staff behavior, I would suggest not to go with this oyo 75388. you can just compare the menu of this oyo to any other 3 star hotels. tea price is basically 60rs . they didnt allow other food or anything. they charge 30rs for a bottle ,where the MRP is written as 20. if you will argue in this matter , they will charge extra for house keeping Rs 500. As a genuine traveller I would suggest to look into any other Oyos.

We had Very Wonderful Experience at this HotelNeat and Clean Rooms.But Chemical Wash should be done to Bathroom Floor as to Remove some Dark Strains on it.Restaurant Service is also Very much Praiseworthy but also Bit Costly Specifically Breakfast and Tea/ Coffee.Other Main items favorable and Tasty.Good Behaviour. No One from the Hotel Staff Trying to Disturb you anytime.Overall Experience.Awesome and Wonderful.

Booked the hotel, but the Hotel was not providing the room until we had paid the extra amount. Though the room was good, quite spacious and the behaviour of the staff is also good.
