when I arrived at the hotel, Receptionist said..he has not received any booking on my name.trick they used 'Hotel Manager showed me some fake list of booking on his mobile. then I contacted Oyo customer care, they spoke to the hotel manager and then they agreed to give me the room. and on another Oyo my booking was reflecting.Hotel manager forced me to pay extra amount by saying you have booked hotel in very low price.They denied to consider Driving licence as an ID & Address proof. why should I give my Adhaar card?

Don't book this hotel , they Demand extra money. if you already paid then they Demand extra money and bad behaviour with guest. . if guest was booked room they Demand extra money then he provides room. if you denied for money he said room already sold. please don't go this hotel & save your valuable time.
