The hotel was not what I was expecting. I was on the second floor and it seems like lot of people were residing there as a small lodge or a boy's hostel, they were loitering out side their room. There was a high odour of cooking some ting on the entire floor. If you go there with your partner, you will not feel safe as lot of undressed men were loitering on the floor and they will stare you by the time you will go inside your room. Good part is once you get inside your room, you forget all the problems that you faced while entering in your room. With this cost, I found the room was quit decent. Room service was available on time. Food was also good.

the receptionist was good.friendly in nature.room is well maintained ,clean bedsheet,pillow.AC,TV , Geyser,neat and clean bathroom.every things were well maintained.two things which made me upset is lots of dust and waste below the bed which was unhygienic and the other is that the network isse was poor(may be due to weather).overall my experience was really good with the members and the property.

The hotel is in wonderful location. The reception area n the adjacent restaurant are perfectly organized and neatly decorated. Unfortunately the rooms are untidy, stinking n not well maintained, so are the toilets. The bed linens are dirty but the stuffs are well behaved n the food is good. It's an average experience. The ambience is good but rooms,bed n toilet are extremely disappointing.

Hotel Mona Palace is first of all very close to Cuttack Station. It's a wonderful stay option for couples and family. The staff is highly professional and helpful. AC, TV, Etc all needful amenities, reputed college proximity. Kitaab Mahal...is a landmark. Good experience. Hygiene, Polite & professional staff.

The property is average,but is near to station and the market. The service is okay. Food served by their inhouse restaurant is good. cleanliness and hygiene lacks in the property , the rooms needs serious renovation. overall a very average stay as per the price.

Walking distance from cuttack railway station, if not carring heavy luggage then not required any rickshaw or auto to reach there. Very good staff behavior. They listen customers problem & review politely. They have also a restaurant with very tasty food.

i had a good stay in hotel Mona palace, the best thing about this property is, it is very close to the Railway Station, and the rooms are specious and there is little bit house keeping issues in bathroom, other wise it was good experience.

average room, dirty linen, mosquitos in the room, water gyser tap was extremely slow so that it was taking 20 minutes to get a bucket of hot water. good for solo male traveller as it was cheap deal. overall it was average experience.

It was too cozy rooms with not properly maintained as AC drain was leakage and room was not proper hygiene and clean as well. Better to resolve all problem specially cleaning and hygiene environment should be must in every hotel.

Hotel staff are good but room service is too bad I ordered food at 8pm but after several phone calls they served the foods at 11pm .Discusting not recommend to others don't book this hotel.Other things are not upto the mark.
