Hotel O S&h Residency

Avoid this hotel if you want a neat and clean room. We just needed a room to spend the night( 12hr) as we had a flight to catch early morning so we booked it.. the room came on 550Rs with discount. They gave us a room in GF next to reception but the room was so dirty walls with water marks and window filled with pan spits. Room was never cleaned I guess it was filled with cobweb(spiderweb). And the cherry on the top was washroom so dirty you couldn't even shit properly. They even asked for Rs 100 extra for room sanitizing. When I got mad looking at the room the lady at reception said you can cancel the room. Now we had already filled the log book and details with our id so if we would have cancelled the room the hotel would have said that we checked in ... so we decided to stay but hotel is not worthy of your money. Two star for the staff coz they were co operative.

PLEASE DON'T GO THIS HOTEL. I'm personally recommending everyone not to choose dis property. It's the worst hotel in d city. I had booked a room in this hotel, when I reached at d reception, dey were telling me dat sorry we don't have any rooms available for you. You can cancel your booking. At d same time a other guy asked me dat we can accommodate you at a low cost guest house, but for that you have to pay again....... It's completely a fraud organization, don't believe on them.

very bad experience 1. main gate lock is not working properly. 2. lock of bathroom gate is not working properly. 3.T. v is not working properly (No signal) 4.room size is very small not enough for 3 people. 5. hotel manager asking me to checkout at 8 A.M morning and for room key. 6. 🪣 bucket size is very small so it's take 5minute to full water. 7. Not suitable for couple At last I suggest not to book this lodge .other wise you will suffer a lot more.

It is bad hotel. Do not book. After booking they reject to give room when you reach. Or they want more amount. This is worst.
