This was a bad experience of my life! Last night, we reached the hotel at 10:50 PM, but the main gate was closed and there was no one around. We rang the calling bell at least 20 times, but no one opened the gate. There was an open bar next to the hotel where people were drinking. How long could we wait there with our family at night? Finally, at 11:15 PM, we booked another hotel and rested there for the night.

2nd time i stay at this hotel, but this time very bad experience... hotel provide me a incomplete Room. room was ok but No proper light in the room , some LED bulb not fitting. Pillow is very dirty, No Room service, no restaurant, Staff are not a professional,I will never go to that hotel ever And also not recommend anyone to go there.uncomfortable

very disappointed, at first in the app they charged 200 extra for 3 in place for an extra adult, and when we reached the hotel they declined flat on our face that tripple occupency was not allowed.
