UGLY HOTEL.... I really don't understand how this ugly hotel had managed to get associated with **** brand. This is a dirty hotel in dirty premises with ugly rooms, ugly washrooms and ugly management. This conjus hotel offers a few plain bread slices in the name of breakfast. They neither change the bed sheets nor clean the room before offering it to a fresh guest. Except **** branded soap and shampoo, you wont find any trace of **** mark anywhere in this hotel. In my room, in the place of AC, there is a dysfunctional window AC, which only blows the air. You can't even find space to stand in the washroom without touching the toilet seat. Please find pictures attached. Please stay away from this hotel.

Really pathetic experience property manager clearly denied for booking when talked to costumer care he shifted to another property 4 kms away that was also closed and no one answered. When again contacted to costumer care no satisfactory solution provided. They should refund the amount and also provide compensation charges.
