only good thing is location let me tell u the worst 1.narrow staircase..no lift ur legs will pain if u need to come up and down quite a number of times. 2.Room 301...ac dripping..in room and additionally .entire night and day...u will be hearing a background music of water sounds falling on tin shed outside the room. 3. most ridiculously expensive inhouse food...in case u want to order from zomato or swiggy...u need to come down all those stairs and take delivery outside the hotel and then walk back and climb...wow what an exercise for food eating. 4.worse...in case u have a local visitor...ur relative...friend...acquantaince visiting u may be for an hour or so...he has to come with his id...and now most funny...that id will be deposited with hotel reception as a guarantee...till he leaves the hotel.....just imagine...this was for my male relative and i am a male myself....god only knows what they would have done if a female had come to visit me....lol..hotel...owner would have probably. eavesdropped in my room....what say.. I AM HIGHLY....ANNOYED....

Extremely POOR.. Highly not recommended.. Please do not book this hotel if you want to save yourself from embarrassment. They have no facilities. I had to go down to the reception for any kind of problems.. They will provide you with the dirtiest bed sheet. My room had small cockroaches. You will feel as if you are staying in a hostel as they do not allow anybody to visit you and they wont allow any entry or exit after 11 pm. There is this caretaker who lives in the property who will ask for regular tips. Overall a very bad experience, I had to leave the hotel after 2 days although I had booked for 5 days because of the staff behaviour and their harresment. HIGHLY not recommended.

The hotel has very low quality and poor hygiene. it's clearly given that you can get complimentary late check-out but when I asked them about it they completely denied. I even told them I can pay extra but still they didn't let me stay. I booked this hotel for 1300Rs and it wasn't worth it at all. definitely not recommended.

Hotel is approx 1 km from Ballygunge Station. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are also good. For food room service are available. Food quality is good. Overall value for money.

A very good stay. Fine location, just near Gariahat market. Well furnished rooms and cooperative staff. Though have no restaurant but many restaurants nearby at Golpark area.

they didn't cleaned the room... the blankets were also dirty, they didn't washed it... we booked clasic room but they gave us normal room.. and the staffs were little rude..

Average hotel, They do not give cold water to influence to purchase. Also very tiny bathroom.. Rest things were good like staff an room services. Not value for money.
