This hotel is the worst hotel in all of Bhubaneswar. And the location is very much isolated. The staff of the hotel won't ever completely give you the details about the hotel and let you know about their hidden charges. And at the time of paying they will give you a bill double to what you thought and would argue not to change it at any cost even if it's their fault. It is clean but no proper service. The service is third class. The people at the reception don't even know how to talk. I ordered food from them and there was no proper table for lunch so we did in on the bed which caused a 1 cm stain mark. They were charging 350 unnecessarily for it giving different reasons. They harassed me and took me to see it again. T*. They didn't provide me with any bills for that too, not even the fooding charges bill and they were taking GST more than 5 % and in a hand written bill.

I booked room for my friends from Italy.. the hotel receptionist was very unfriendly. they did not accept foreign passports and after lots of controversies finally we managed to convince them. As The hotel was prebooked and paid, we couldn't even think of cancellation. The room was extremely dirty with cockroaches in the cupboard and the bedsheets were smelly and damp. we requested them to change the room or the bedsheets, none of it happened till the next 6 hours. One of the worst hotels. The location is not easily accessible. The receptionist insisted me to tell him how much I had paid for the room, I don't know why. Upon arrival they gave water from aqua guard, when asked for mineral water they said it'll be Rs 40. The dinner was horrible. I ordered a chicken fried rice. Quantity and quality was way below the price. The free breakfast was a blunder. There was only 2 choices. Either plain paratha or bread omelet. You can have only one from them. Overall very very bad experience. I regret the price paid for the hotel.
