I booked the classic room and all the rooms in this property is classic only which is given to the customer. When I reached almost half the rooms were available in the property. they have given me Basement room where no cleaning was done and kitchen used utensils were lying due to which cockroaches were roaming there. I went with wife and kids age 3 years. when I told the same to care taker over there they asked me to give extra amount (as per his words Malai) to place me in another room. He was guiding me not book hote by paying full amoun Even if I told kids can't stay in that conditions as that is not hygenic. after lots of discussion and as basement was not cleaned till 9 pm when I reached they have given me room at other floor. please dont go with the family as in the same lane you Will get good rooms at reasonable price.. As a family I will never suggest to go to this hotel as person who is taking care is smart enough to provide basement room and then asking for the upgrade it.. all the room in this hotel are of same range and bo other options are there other than classic. you will se after this message that i will take care in the future. this thing he is writing since 2 years and still no improvement are there. Avoid this place and book other hotels as many option are there near bus stand. cleaning person are also not well aware of the cleaning and asking for extra amount for cleaning the room..

They shut down AC any time. Ready to fight. Off at 10 pm and morning at 6 pm.Knocked door to check out at 10am itself and no sence to speak with guests.Not giving even water. Firstly given room in basement full of smell and saying your booking is for this room.I denied to stay there and not even bother to resolve any problem or need of guest.Saying that you have payed else we can give stayable room if you come personaly.Worset experience ever with any hotel.

bed sheets, bathroom walls are so dirty that it became difficult to spend the night. staying night in this hotel was a bad dream for me which i never want to repeat again.

poor condition of rooms, misbehavior with customers and they cancelled our booking and didn't give us money back.....

All over rating is to recommend for couples. Located in good location. Bathroom cleanness is not proper.
