Very horrible experience First of all i have reached the hotel at 10pm night They have used the situation They said you have paid only application payment charge and need to pay the balance amount They insisted me to pay 700 more for the booked room. I realised these are completely fraud things handing over by the hotel.They know you will not go anywhere and also your cancellation without cash loss has been ended.They have taken the situation and i had paid 400 extra after some quarellings. Also these peoples not educated as well No bed sheets where given when asked.They said they don't provide bed sheets When asked onlb they provided towels Toilet door where broken Don't go to that horrible hotel anyone.Complete cheaters

I paid the amount shown in the app, but it was time to check in the receptionist asked to pay an extra amount, they say the amount you pay in the app is only for booking, in the late night I have no other options so I paid an extra amount that they asked. this is not a fair thing...I am frequently using this app for my bookings.. but I will not be facing this kind of issue before. Rooms are not clean, waste of money,poor room service.etc.. Not recommended this hotel
