they didn't accept the booking by saying the property is sold out and no room available, we have been shifted to a very bad bad bad condition hotel name - The O Baljeet compact Noida near tilapta village , we are very dissatisfied with such hotel.i would rather be beneficiary for asking about refund.

horrible experience , hotel person threaten me and not allowing for check in . he took 1000 rupees apart from booking amt to enter into hotel . very pathetic
