When we reached and asked for check in immediately hotel manager said that we have not received any intimation. I showed my booking confirmation. He said that they allot more guests but we don't have rooms. But I said that I have paid for rooms. With so much arguments lastly room allotted. I have booked 2 nights for 2 rooms for 5 persons. 1day only allotted next day manager told me to vacate. Again I argued with him. Finally we 5 persons stayed in 1 room even though we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days. They are not changing the bed covers and pillow covers. Earlier guest used the same bed sheet and pillow cover we are also given without washing. No soap and no towel. Fan is with so much dust. Room self is also with dust. I have shown to the Manager. I never stayed like this type of worst guest house earlier. This guest house is the worst. I can't not give even 1 point rating such a worst guest house.

Service and Front office Guys were Good and Humble.Rooms Neat and Clean and very tiny But lock in Door had Broken, Too many noise from outside not felt safe, Near to Hotel Marriage Mahal is there so at morning time Too many sounds distribution while sleeping, Ok stay ,some room are look very bad like men's hostel very ugly and bad. Not like the photo they provide.

Neat and clean bathroom, room was good. Sufficient for single person. Only thing need to be redone is positioning of tv.. it was mounted very high onn the wall that tube light image is directly reflecting on tv. And also few cockroaches here and there.

We had a wonderful stay at VSV guest house. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful too..would recommend this place to everyone. This property has easily became our go to place in Chennai. Good place to stay for family too.
