Oak Shade Hotel

Small room but neat n clean property limitations in hot water (7.30 am to 10.30 am) but provide A bucket of hot water at time of check-in nice and courtious staff privacy is not there in rooms .rooms are very near small corridor even you will listen other rooms guest gossips ( which will irritate you all the time ) if you are looking some peace with family in room it will depend on other room guest. in our case other room guest having their birthday and we have also joined all over night with their birthday songs and abusing in our room . property manager is not going to help you out in condition .i have called but no response . apko hi apne ear me rui( cotton) lagakar sona padega. for bachelor it is ok for family who is seeking peace ,may be spoiled their peace and comfort.

Very pathetic rooms, would never recommend to anyone. Toilets weren’t cleanDoor mats were very dirtyBlankets were smelling alotOur child vomitted in the room and we called to send someone for cleaning but for that we had a wait for atleast more than an hour to get it cleanedOn terrace, at night local people use to drink in open & by morning entire floor was full with plates with chicken bones & greavy next day we had to ask to change the room. believe above feedback is self explanatory, hotel is not worth it for family or an individual.

Worst service ever received from any hotel..... Rooms were over priced.... Water was dripping from the taps in washroom, cupboards was dirty, staff overcharged for every service they provided... It was my wedding anniversary and I requested for a cake.... The mrp of the cake was 550 and they charged us 850 for the same.... Will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever

condition of room, floor and and bed is not good. toilet cleaning not upto the mark. toilet glass window close from inside and darkshade from outside which is also the violation of privacy. shop missing from toilet.
