The owner is not around. We're still waiting for the room to be cleaned up. They have one person who is at the moment working very hard to clean it, but there is no one at the reception, there is paint smell everywhere. The owner is unreachable and the caretaker was not informed. Quite terrible.

Guest house stay was nice & comfortable. I stayed for a shorter duration so overall the accommodation, services & facilities was all fine. No complimentary services since we stayed in the evening. Property location was great near to sea beach & market area.

Had a wonderful stay in the property for two days. Very near to palolem market so that you can explore local shopping and also a lot of good restaurants available. Only 5 mints walk to the beach. Caretaker viswanath addressed all our needs during our stay.

Wonderful experience to stay here ... the rooms are very clean and the washroom are also really good and clean.. the co-owner vishwanath is very good and supportive... i will always recommend this to people... the beach is just 2 min walk from here .

Hotel is situated at only 2 minutes walking distance from Palolem beach. Rooms are spacious enough for a family and having clean bed,led tv and clean toilet.If you want to have good experience within your budget then go for it.

Best rooms to stay with friends. lot of food outlets nearby. clean rooms. wonderful service. whenever I go to palolem I will always try to stay in this guest house for sure. Nothing. everything is perfect.

it was very nice and comfortable stay. Rooms are newly renovated and suitable for family also.Rooms and bathrooms are clean and hygiene.Staffs are also very supportive and helpful.. recommended all all.

It was an amazing experience. The owner is so humble and helpful guy. This hotel is near Palolem beach. If you're planning to stay a night in South Goa in a good hotel, then this is a right place.
