Neat , clean , hygienically maintained surroundings.. Room services are prompt & fast. Staff is polite . well known for its food , Hotel opal provides complimentary breakfast, good variety of cuisine for lunch ,dinner . a must try for kolhapur traditional non veg & veg dishes Lift facility helps seniors, families to live at ease. overall, I would recommend it for families , business visitors n solo travellers for a memorable &amazing stay . nice n clean rooms, very helpful n humble staff. clean and well maintained hotel. stay was comfortable. dinner was delicious and breakfast was awesome 😋. rooms alotted were on the same floor and opposite to each other. all four of us could dine in one room. rooms service was good but a professional waiter for room service would have been better.
