It was a good courtesy and food was excellent, their boy staffs needs some training, how to communicate with their customer, and they seems, lethargic, need to more smart. The housekeeping girls were superb, doing their work sincerely. On 3rd floor, room door handle were broken, overall, it was a good hotel, very near to Rajender Nagar Railway Station.

rooms are good. parking is small but staff is friendly and they managed the parking later. also, due to rooms being full, the manager and his assistant was kind enough to upgrade our rooms. food quality is really good, but restaurant staff is a bit slow. you have to keep reminding them to give water, or to give you the menu card.

I booked this hotel in the 2nd week of August. Check-in process was smooth. The best part of this hotel is they have 24 hrs check out. Room was nice. Breakfast was not upto the mark. It was ok ok. Overall my experience at this hotel is good. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Food quality was ausome. Front desk officer was so humble he gives me the room 1/2 hr before my check-in time. Service was ausome.. Must try if you are in patna specially for kankarbagh location. I think this was the best hotel in kankarbagh.

Food is good,room is good but room service is not good. I called reception 3times to fix TV but no one turned up,,and I asked for water at about 11p.m and I was told that room service closes at 11,but then water was sent through guard.
