Hotel Cordon Vay by Keymagics

The hotel is located in a shady alley, but very close to World Trade Park where you can go to eat and shop. Most of the Jaipur attractions are far off though. It turns out, their wifi router is sitting at the welcome desk, and the signal doesn't reach to most of the rooms. That's their setup, and it works if you are around the lobby, but not in the rooms. When I asked multiple times (i was there for business trip), a constant response I got is "men are working to get it fixed, give us few hours". This was the lie I was talking about, as no "men" were working, and their wifi setup was as good as it can get. It turns out they have solar heater for water supply which doesn't work for most part. So much so that for every shower, I essentially called the staff and they delivered one bucket of hot water to my bathroom. Very inconvenient, time consuming process. I mistakenly ordered breakfast one day, took them more than an hour 30 min to deliver, and that too when I called after 45 minutes of placing the order and the response was "just 2 more minutes sir". Upon check-out, they didn't give me a bill of what I was supposed to pay, just the amount (claimed sever was down). They won't write down on a piece of paper the items I used and charges. ...

location is the only good thing about this hotel. wifi ia not working in room , only available at reception area. they give water bottle in room & at time of check out charged 38 ruppee for that. serve breakfast in room. ask them bf without onion, they serve with onion only. in bathroom hot water in not properly coming. overall not good experience.

This is wrost hotel i see... wrost manager.... i m already book my hotel bt i was late at n8 at 2 AM.. thn suddenly manager told me tht ur bookng is not valid m asked why he said u r not on tym.. me & my dad ONLY knw how we spent our n8.. i advice never stay at this hotel. At morng i reached hotel thn he said sorry.. ...

The hotel Kamp is superb in every way - fantastic, helpful service from everyone, lovely rooms, great restaurant and receptionist are very helpful and her behavior was too good. The location is perfect for restaurants and all kinds of shopping. But its price are bit high.
