these guys are the worst. they don't help you with your luggage, that is least you can expect from any hotel but these are not decent enough to help and will tell you to take it own your own. not professional at all

1.5 km to Kollam Railway Station. Rooms are costly in compare to price. Very small rooms. Some what noisy due to train track backside of the hotel. Small Room.

we were not allowed to stay there as they said there were no rooms for us to stay. Also we didn't get the money back
