It was a good and better stay , the owner was kind and the caretaker were good at all work. There was no time boundation for going out and coming back so it was good cons, Had food outside the restaurant, Didn't get time to explore more to know about the stay, mainly it is situated near residential area but i didn't get time to see any attraction point because i was on business trip, there was internet or WiFi facility.

one of the worst experiences with this stay. there wasn't any parking area for the property. the vehicle should parked in public road which is also very narrow. the reception guy was also very rude from the beginning. so much delay in check in process.. he was acting like warden of a government hostel.. the room was pretty neat. but mosquitos inside the room is a problem. very much disappointed

The location is nice, and the rooms are also clean. But I had a very bad experience with the staff behaviour. They were not welcoming at all. Not sure why they were showing passive aggressive behaviour even though we have been talking politely to them all the time. They should learn some hospitality to make good use of their property.

Had a very good stay. just walking distance to fort Kochi.staff behaviour was very nice and friendly.The morning breakfast was good.rooms and bathroom were clean. All though it was a good stay .

Location was good. But they did not provided toiletries properly. Complimentary not included. There was no restriction for going out and coming back. In terms of security it was good.

The room n bathroom were clean. The staff behaviour was good. The property was in a less crowded area. The parking space was in the narrow roadside infront of the property.

Rooms are compact and good. Surprised to see a balcony in every room. Walkable distance from main attractions. Parking needs to be done on road side. Value for money.

they got the cleanest rooms at an amazing price point. Bibin at reception is a great help to guide you. Parking could be a problem, they might be having some arrangement

peaceful atmosphere..loctaed very near to fort Kochi beach.Neat and clean hotel.Reducing one star as carparking facility not available and tv is of poor quality.

i don’t have any photos but rooms was dusted and bad smell i got allergies to dust . and i asked to give another room but they told everything occupied.

Good!... Safe for women. Reasonable one in Fort Kochi. Away from the Hussle and buzzle. Beach and carnival ground easily accessible.
