I booked it for a north Indian friend and I called the hotel directly and ask them if the room can be made available by 6AM. If not I would have canceled and book another hotel. They told not a problem, just ask him to come and the room will be ready by 6AM. I told them he is coming first time to Bangalore and don't know the language too. But the room was not available. Then after lots of shouting and calling another guy and all, they arranged another room in a different hotel which I don't know if it's worth the money i paid. Very bad service and the room was not that good

Found the owner's phone switched off when I tried to call to ask for direction. Decent room but TV was not working and shower leaky. Though the caretaker was friendly and helpful, still had to ask for towel, soap and mosquito repellent. Should have provided without having to ask the basic amenities.

it's okay for a night's stay but no real charm .i was not aware of the area so had to depend on online booking otherwise good hotels are there.....

This is the worst Hotel ever seen in life.No ameneties. No Cleaniness.No service. Very long from City Centre and worst experience.
