The lady at the reception was very polite. Rooms were exactly as shown in pics. Good big sized jaccuzi. The free OTT provided on tv was also nice. Even basic medications were kept in the first aid kit which was a sweet gesture. Good quantity of water was given. Nice neighbourhood too. The major problem was that hot water wasnt available for the jaccuzi because of inadequate geysers which kinda made the whole jaccuzi experience pointless. Also, on turning on the jets the room started smelling for some reason. You can also not prefill the jaccuzi so theres literally no way around to get the warm water in. Secondly, there were noises in the morning as well as in night. Maybe sound of construction or other jaccuzis operating in other rooms. Thirdly, there are microwave and fridge mentioned in the appliances which actually dont work, have dust accumulated on them and are kinda like a show piece. This just adds to the disappointment. Rather not mention the amenities if they dont work. Lastly, the check in time is already after 2pm on top of that you gotta checkout at 11. We were "reminded" to checkout at 10am which was a bit irritating. According to the location, the price is justified but its still affordable given the jaccuzi experience. All in all it is recommended as the themes are creative and out of the box but they should really do something about hot water supplies and should ask about the checkout atleast till after 11.

It was bad. Not at all worth it! The jacuzi, which was the main attraction of the room was 1. Extremely dirty, we asked for it tk be cleaned only for someone to shower it with water for a minute and telling us it’s done 2. ⁠The nozzles inside the jacuzi were oozing with dirt, mud & god knows what.. it was a mess and looked extremely unhygienic 3. ⁠I checked in around 8 PM and to freshen up, when I opened the tap, there was no water.. the help asked us to wait for 10 minutes (which took an hour and some more) for the water to refill in the tanks.. they tried explaining that every room had a jacuzzi and even if 2 rooms used it simultaneously the building was out of water 4. ⁠When we decided to chuck the idea and put empty the water, the jacuzzi started leaking and the water was everywhere.. 5. ⁠Finally, we decided to order in food which the receptionguys denied to send up to our room and the delivery person was also not allowed to come to your floor so you had to go down and collect it Not what I paid 3 start hotel money for
