had recently stayed at Oviya Hotels and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. While the property is located a bit away from the city center, it’s still conveniently accessible, and commuting wasn’t much of an issue. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, which left a great first impression. From the lobby to the rooms, everything appeared tidy and organized. The staff were warm, welcoming, and quite helpful throughout our stay. They maintained a positive attitude, which made a big difference. The room we stayed in was surprisingly impressive. It was spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable. The bed was plush and cozy, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The room was also equipped with a TV, adding a nice touch for some relaxed downtime. It felt like a space where we could genuinely unwind after a long day. The hotel’s restaurant was decent as well. While it’s not a fine-dining experience, the food was tasty and satisfying. It’s a convenient option if you don’t feel like stepping out. One of the standout factors was the affordability. Considering the quality of the rooms, cleanliness, and service, the pricing felt quite reasonable, making it excellent value for money. couldn't have found a more comfortable budget friendly stay at vizag. would definitely recommend

Stayed 3 Nights in hotel. Small room of Queen Bed Given in Name of Delux Suite. Rooms cost are high charges with complimentary. Rooms are noisy due to road beside hotel. No Noise cancellation in room. In Food there is No dessert at all. On First day taken Poori as Breakfast which they done charges with Water bottle.They will serve u breakfast without Water and when ask for water they give us water bottle, which is chargeable. Morning time in name of complimentary they are giving only options in Idly,Dosa and Upma. Everday Same complimentary breakfast they are giving. For Water bottle they are Charging GST on MRP. Afternoon time there is no option of Rotis, Naan , Chapathi anything. Only veg/Non Veg curries,Veg Meals and Biryani. In room cleaning they are doing only Floor cleaning. This type of service i didnt seen anywhere till now. Service is horrible, in name of service whatever food we are eating in whole day , they are making one bill and taking same day payment in night. They need to understand how payment need to take from customer.

Stayed during Durga Puja 2024, so the rate might be high but overall experience is good. Pros:1. New property & Room is neat and clean but a little small. AC & Queen Bed is good. 2. Food is a little expensive in restaurant but good taste and hygiene. Restaurant staff are also well behaved. 3. The hotel is near the highway so the city traffic is avoidable. 4. The hotel owner is a gentleman and from the hotel industry so can share the grievances for any difficulties. Cons:1. Parking Facilities not available but the hotel arranges open parking opposite the hotel building. 2. They do not entertain outside food. 3. Hotel staff are cooperative except the lady receptionist. Overall A Great Experience

Pros— Room size is good The location is perfect to visit Kailash Giri Newly built Hotel. Staff are good. Cons — Wifi not working. Compliment breakfast is a scam as I felt they are doing cost cutting so they provide one plat upma and 2 idli to the room for guests of 2. No refrigerator in the room.
