one of the most disgusted hotel and worst experience ....i booked a room in this hotel and paid the money ... but when i reached hotel the receptionist was refusing to provide a room , and he was also saying me to pay the extra amount same as i paid in cash in the hotel which i have already paid ...he kept me waiting till one hour and he was also shouting on me .....i visited vizag from new delhi and had this worst experience ....i would not prefer anyone to book this room .....they also charge high prices for one night

They charge extra, say /- per day, for booking over and above the specified price without which check in will be denied. The amount may be decided by them based on luggage in your hands and other prevailing conditions when you visit hotel even if full fare is prepaid. Their classic response is "Did you pay us?"

Useless stay very pathetic every where bugs in the room and flush pope not at all working and stinking smell even no compimentary soap given till we asked pls dont choose this hotel🙏
