the Hotel denied my booking . I reported you yestarday by mail and by whatsapp. While travelling from Tirupati with my wife...your help centre told me to come to the Hotel any time after 12 pm. I, alongwith with my wife....both being senior citizens, suffered a lot to go to elsewhere as the Park View Inn did not allow us . I had repored to you by mail and by WhatsApp. pl take suitable action against the Park view Inn...And refund my amount of booking at the earliest.

Dont ever book this hotel who cannot honour the customers..Had a real chaotic experience..We booked 8 rooms from June 1 to JUNE 4. We updated that we will taking rooms on June 2nd as early morning check in . But they denied early morning check in saying their **** contract was over . They stopped attending calls. Worst management. Our team had to suffer because of their arrogance

i booked 5 rooms for 10 people three days in advance and paid.booking was not accepted when we went to stay at the back hotel. we were denied room quality. i stood on the road with my family they were given a room in a less comfortable lodge. i had been booking for two days. i left that hotel in one day and went to another hotel. just got the worst experience.

Room Was good But Reception and Hospitality Procedures Worst. Asked to pay extra money for A/c room..But already paid ..But they refused to provide the room saying not booked for A/C.. Moreover Free Breakfast also was included but they refused and not provided..Gave Good for family..But If they provide good Hospitality will be Worth.

Not a good experience. Rooms are old, not cleaned properly, need to be improved we have to pay extra amount 400 for the room. Tv and AC not working. after a hazzle, the caretaker changed us to the different room which also have the same problems..

Actually I'd hv rated it a 5 Star, except that certain basic things like replenishing the toiletries, towel, glasses, had to be asked for !! Else, it's a great place to stay, excellent service, accommodative staff, clean and value for money !

worst sevice delay in anything you ask for including a coffee and breakfast timmings is very pathatic even at 8:30 am also breakfast was unavailable. strictly don't recomend to stay . not suited for professional who really have a time sense.

location of hotel is good. Central and Egmore railway stations are nearby. attitude of room boys are good and appreciable. only issue - men at reception are not trained and it looks like it is they who are pulling this hotel downwards.

one of the worst hotel ever seen in my life . when I was raising the issue , they do not responding to me , I have stayed in the hotel and think before whether you want to book this hotel or not .
