Hotel Palace Heights

Highly over priced hotel donot book its standard room, it is like barrack cell of 12 by 12 with no view from window. it is a 1 star hotel in services, room type and cleanliness. room service will pick your phone after several rings. you can get 4star or 5 star hotel at same price. Break fast is room service only and having only 3 options Aaloo paratha, Aaloo puri and bread omelet, which is okok. in house restaurant is good but cost you 1500 for 1 meal. only plus point is its location. that doesn't matter when you can save 3000rs if you book same type or even better hotel in paharganj. Safe for family, no worries.

The hotel is good for its location. However service quality, room size , amenities in room , limited breakfast spread make it not a good choice. I was greeted with a nonfunctioning lift so had to walk up 3 floors! Requested for a normal android mobile charger as I had forgotten to carry, but was refused.

My stay was good as such. But i didn't like the accommodation that much. because room was small there. Otherwise services of the hotel was very good and sanitary wise hotel was good. overall everything was perfect there. I didn't face any problem there. Nice hotel and good stay.

the location was good.. but the room was very compact and tiny.. however, it was tidy.. The bathroom was spacious than the bedroom.. Overall, if its for a day or two, it can be considered!!
