The Hotel is located absolutely in the Market place where you can pony and cabs for your visits. Manager was very nice and so were the staff always a smiling face and happy to serve in short caring. The room that we got was a bit small as we saw another room while it was getting cleaned, and one thing that was good was the window you had an amazing view but on the other hand the glass was transparent from both sides so people outside could also see us as we saw the same from outside and got to know that it's visible. Food quality was decent, order food wisely do not experiment much. An electric kettle will be a great help. Overall good experience except the glass window.

The room was spacious, however the blankets were dirty. The major essential, water was not available in taps instead they were filling water through hoses in a tank kept inside the washroom, it was super cold. Only one time we got hot water, which were provided by an old man in a bucket in the morning. Other times we have to use the ice cold water for our necessities. The room was not having AC, provided an electric bed warmer. However the hotel is located at the main market and which is near to Baisaran valley. The room was costly as per facilities.

One of the Best Hotel in Pahalgam at Prime location.. Very well trained staff, Amazing Food Quality and Most importantly the Owner of Hotel is very kind and Helpful. Hotel Manager Nissar is a man to bank upon.. He'll go to an extent to make Guests feel happy and comfortable..... Last but not the least we got upgraded room and that too for free. The Rooms and Staff Behavior

Overall the property is okay as there service is not that great...but bit delaying...rooms and all were okay and clean not that extra ordinary...location wise its in the heart of the lake and has good connectivity with the city mall road...no added services were offered to me...i didn't have my food there...and would only suggest it to friends...!

It was winter at this hotel I stayed there only to get frost bite They should improve there heater quality, centralised heater, khangari was not provided due to safety issue, there was no electricity, generators were not proper Worst part hotel owner makes u write a good review when ur in there restaurant in front of him only

Hotel Palestine has the greatest locational advantage as it is situated nearest taxi stand, pony stand and market. Behavior of hotel staffs are very polite, rooms are clean and well mentioned. Food of hotel resturent are good but price are so high. We have gathered warm experience being staying there.

One of the best hotel at budget price.. Hotel is at prime location near taxi stand and pony ride.. Hotel manager along with staffs are very supportive.. Heater Blower along with hot water bag provided at night..there are lot of good restaurants and street food places near to the hotel..

Located near Main Stand ( Pony/Taxi)... Good rooms with spacious bathroom... Electric blankets are there..we were provided extra blankets...Manager Nisar Wani is very helpful...We didn't had food at hotel... Overall a very good hotel to stay...

Nice Hotel. Hotel is close to main market and taxi stand. Hotel Manager is very polite and good.We reached hotel around 12 midnight and requested for tea and he provide us. Services are prompt. Nice Rooms.

Nice place, near river, at mid market- center of pehelgam. Staff and manager are of very good nature. Bed needs improvement, Manager is saying that they ll improve it. I m sure they ll improve soon.
