Location of the hotel is at a very isolated place ;away any signs of civilization. The cleanliness of the hotel was also not good. There was smell of food all-around. More importantly it did not look like a family hotel. Few holland were lollying around. Security seemed to be very less for a family especially ladies. I won't recommend this hotel for a family outing.

THE STAY was comfortable. The distance from the nearest public transport is the only concern. Hotel provided complementary pick up and drop facility to the public transport place. I give a rating of 3 out 5 overall.

JPS Residency didn't meet my expectation at all. Let me describe my experience and I would leave it up to the review readers to decide for themselves. I made the booking on 17-Aug-2016 for stay on 18th Aug 2016. Arrived at the resort on 18th Aug 2016 at 01:45 PM. The person available at the reception greeted me with smile and made me do the Check-In formalities and informed that my Room no is 204. No star for the hospitality. manager himself has no idea how to behave in the hospitality business. he will start calling you from 11 am to check out.The swimming pool is small and not clean .u need to call them multiple time to clean the pool. u have to call multiple time to order food. you need to call them multiple time to take out the used utensils.they don't bother and keep the used utensil outside the room .why to stay at such a pathetic place where staff do not trained well.

they don't have any proper system of booking. i have booked 3 rooms but they denied check-in citing unavailability of rooms. after so much requests they gave us just one room instead of 3.

As far as property is concerned I must say Room are Ok , Bathroom toiletries needs to be improved , Location is Ok ...overall property is OK OK but Food Quality , Taste , preparation is too good , I have opted for Room booking including breakfast n Dinner & happy with the decision , Food was awesome !!! so stay become more memorable !!!
