It was a wonderful experience staying at the Palm Beach Hotel. The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and overall ambience were fantastic. Needless to say, the proximity to the beach makes this a desirable location. And more so, when the access to the beach was a near-perfect private beach experience. Overall, I would recommend this through and through. Before coming, since I was staying with my girlfriend, I had a few apprehensions at times, but the safe, comfortable environment and behavior of people around us were really nice and friendly. If I really had to push for a critical review, then maybe the food and the spicyness could be one turn-off, but then we didn't mention it to them for the amount of spicyness either, so I can't blame them. Long story short, definitely recommended, for all kinds of travelers!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palm From the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from my window was beautiful. Housekeeping was prompt and kept the room immaculate throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet – a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to both Indian and continental tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to major attractions and transport options. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

it was a wonderful experience. the rooms were very clean. the staffs were very good. apart from the complimentary breakfast ,restaurant food was not good.the pool timings were also not favourable.
