Palm Beach Villa

•The villa isn't accessible. I wouldn't advise travelers to go there if they haven't organised their own transportation during the stay. •The room offered to us was very untidy with stained bed sheets, mouldy closet, no hot water in the bathroom and with no television and neither fridge. Also, with pests running around in the room. •The place becomes very isolated after 23:00 hours. There were 4 stray dogs roaming around our room in the middle of the night. •It turned out to be a nightmare. •I was supposed to stay in Cherai for 4 nights, but I left the place the very next morning(losing the amount I paid for the next 3 nights) and booked a new room in Kochi. The staff didn't even care to ask once about the early checkout(maybe it's normal for them that guests checkout prior and they could re-sell the same room to another person).

The villa is located near to Cherai beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is no in house restaurant. Standard deluxe rooms are located backside. only AC rooms has balcony view. Located 25km away from main city and very less food joints near by. No wi fi signals in rooms. You will net proper mobile network as well.

It was a nice stay. Location was ok, but it was a little bit difficult to reach. They provided free wifi and internet services. No swimming pool or garden was available there. Overall 4/5 for the stay.

It was an awesome experience I had, excellent staff, quality room and food we have taken from outside. Great ambiance, location was much better and value for money property.
