its good to stay there, location was really nice just beside the hotel there is a st. Francis church which is oldest monument in Cochin and former graveyard of Mr. Vasco da gama. Manager was very helpful, staff was good restaurant on top ruff which was also good. but they denied for room service. they replied to me that this is your first day then why you need room service. another one when i asked for ash tray they said from last 7 years no one asked for ash tray. is this a joke? I don't know!! By the way overall experience of this hotel is very good.

Location: Centrally located... walk to all the places n restaurants n the beach too!! Roof top restaurant: They have a roof top restaurant which I unfortunately couldn't try!! Moist walls: Room was good spacious but needs maintenance.. walls are moist... room had poor ventilation as well. Helpful staff: No hot water in rooms are common in Kerala...but was supplied on request.

Non a/c rooms are not so good it's boiling hot inside the rooms, but a/c rooms are great here, plus the service also great just apart from bell in rooms need to be change into something nicer bell not like Prisoner bells. Thanks

It is nearby a bus stand, conveniently reachable, WiFi was there but it was working only on ground floor, Breakfast was also there in complimentary which was good enough.

gud budget hotel. for non AC rooms heater also wont be available..they don't have alternate power supply during power cut.
