1) Overall the hotel was good & the comments are more towards make it better and NOT discourage new customers 2) Room & bed was clean, water, towels, toiletries etc was provided. It was spacious with cupboard, table+chair, dust bin, big mirror, hooks & hangers 3) WiFi, hot water, AC all available full time & working fine 4) On reaching the hotel, the access has a rather unstructured steps (though not many) to reach the lift. Can it be made more simple? 5) On reaching the hotel, the lift was not working, TV not working & toilet seat was wet (it was clean but not dried) 6) However, it was rectified quickly, so pat on the back for the quick service 7) Food room service not available

Not at all worth. I have booked this hotel thinking that its new hotel and services will be good. However no such amenities were available and unnecessary they are charging such a high price. a) No Parking available and they are parking the cars near to highway road. b) No restaurant - they claim that they have a cloud kitchen, however they just order from Zomato and also doesn't entertain any requests. c) water heater was not working and even after repeatedly asking them to correct it didn't work. Overall I would prefer to give negative rating to this property.

Had a good stay @ Patel Inn and suites. Abhishek @ the reception was very helpful and the check- in and check-out went smoothly. Rooms are of decent size and clean. Ideal for people looking for stay in a quite residential area. Would definitely recommend to travellers looking for a decent stay in Mysore. Only minor drawbacks would be a bit far from sight- seeing places and no in-house Kitchen but there are good hotels nearby. Clean rooms in a quiet residential area and quick check-in and check-out

my Booking was canceled by Patel comfort inn and suites. they have rises complain and they have also not got the money. pls look inot this and re fund the amount paid

located at a calm place in a residential area in mysore....very clean and neat...good for family.....but parking is outside the building.....
