plus- clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. hot water always available. just like home... minus- far from the city. stay here if you come in own vehicle. people keep on talking all night around the room, so very deficult to sleep. all furnitures are old , so they make noise. Bed makes noise continuously....so couples please avoid. no kitchen utensils and useful things. we took everything from home. no tv in bedroom. furnitures not enough. as a family, we are satisfied as the cost was less.

Moideen caretaker was there for any help needed. very supportive in terms of arranging tasty food, suggesting sight seeing points n stuff like that. property is in a peaceful place away from routine traffic. roads to reach property is bit hard during rain. overall a wonderful place which can be recommended for my fellow groups...

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, it was very comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. For cleaning or to arrange something or for any other needs they are available at once. Hotel is in residential area but bit inside so conveyance was difficult. They provide food from mess, it was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay, best hotel!

we had a very pleasant stay here with hill top view. Mr. Sabik who is the care taker was very humble and generous. He will get you whatever you need.Dont forget to try home made idlis with sambar, so delicious. we have also tried food ordered from their restaurant, tasty but oily. Otherwise, we totally enjoyed.

Beautiful hill top house to relax in kodaikanal.. it's away from busy city and very calm..special thanks to Mr. Nazim for making the stay more comfortable. 1point is deducted for the road leading to the home stay is really bad, no bedside table and very light material window screen. Done

As the property has wooden walls to separate neighboring rooms, there were a lot of sounds disturbing the sleep. Apart from that, the service and other parameters were fine.

Decent homestay with TV heater facility available 24/7.Recommended for all category of visitors family,un married,bachelors etc no disturbance. King size bed and curtains.
