It was a nice experience to stay in Pears Tree Villa homestay. Climate during October was so awesome. And terrace view was so good.. And the care taker Hameed was polite to handle everything during stay and available to help round the clock. Kudos Hameed sir😀👍 Only cons is road (last 1km) is in worst condition to reach Villa.. And if your vehicle not in good condition for that steep off-road, better hire local jeep there..

Over all experience was nice. it's a 2bhk home actually. quite a calm area. as the name suggest there is pear trees at back side of the stay adds beauty to our place. adequate parking space is available infront. no wifi, no food. for 100 rs we can have morning tea only. it was difficult to find the place as there was no sign board near by to assist. there is a guy to assist us for any help who is so kindful and helpful.

good stay for family.its a new property.getting food, tea ,basic things you need to depend on the care taker only. Saleem bro doing good job here. But nearby if any restaurant or tea shop is there,then it would be much helpful.Also if the kitchen setup is inside or near the building then it would been a great stay. other than this, We are full satisfied about our stay..

Location was good,but the road was not properly made it was full of sand. There was only 1 member who use to take care of everything apart from cleaning, and he was amazing in managing things in proper way and it was neat & clean as well.The environment was very chill, though we were inside the room with closed doors.Overall had a good experience at this place.

price is very reasonable.route is bit hard to reach but you will witness beautiful hill view from terrace . i read reviews about the villa.almost every reviews mention care taker hamid shahul. it is no wonder to see all those reviews when you met him in person.he really treats us like his own brother and sister.we cooked all those ourselves

This is the worst accommodation i have ever stayed there wont be any point of contact and for every thing we need to call one person and he would come in 30 mins and then serve our request. And its very far from the city and the road that reaches to this villa is horrible. No proper powerback up.

The location of the property is inside from the main road but that was not an issue for us. We liked the ambiance of the property. Food service is also available in the property. We had a great stay in this property for their wonderful services and facilities.

It's a 3bhk duplex villa and not a hotel so don't expect any room services. Rooms were spacious, clean, with sofas, big beds. Location was not good. But enjoyed the stay as it was **** for 8 people

It was easily accessible. Food and staff were good. Swimming pool,gym,spa and garden were not available. In terms of security it was good to stay. Overall it was good stay.
