Only the place looks clean because it was a new resort. Service from Restaurant and reception is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They are not courteous, polite and helping. I would say, book a resort somewhere else but not here because the treatment you get there. There was no hot water - pools were not clean Food was pathetic Coffee and Tea was worst and got charged 180 Rs for 2 Coffee.

The service needs too much improvement, found a big cricket in my room, the rooms have sneak peeks here and there,lots of insects and mosquitos too. food is good. they overcharge you for bike and don't even complete legal formalities for the same,give Pvt bikes which are not allowed, don't even check for helmits and charge way more than others around same location. don't even refill water daily.

staffs were not approachable and they were very arrogant..Ac and fan was not working. it was nightmare staying at this place. it's far away from the airport almost 1 hour from the airport. food quality was good and the chef's were very nice... overall it was a very bad experience staying at this place and I recommend not to stay here...

Hotel location is very far from the main beaches like baga calengute, the nearest beach which is morjim beach is also at a distance of 2 km. Hotel is new and lacks basic facilities like wifi not working, no fridge in the room. Recommended only when you are getting this at a very discounted price.

over all hotel is good but these days are sending for breakfast outside hotel - restaurant which very pathetic and breakfast providing just for name - when we complaint next day we asked breakfast at hotel then they brought just omlete & tea in wrapped bag - rest overall good hotel

My personal suggestions please do not book this hotel by just looking at picture. The resort is going to close and AC is not properly working also food is not available we have to go outside. And TREEBO please remove this resort from your listing. Its really bad experience for me.

The most hopeless hotel I have ever seen. Very poor service. Staff is also very rude. They don't have sense how to talk to customers. Worst experience. Will recommend others not to go there. Full waste of money.

very good rooms and comfortable stay but food is expensive and tasteless. staff is good and helpfull. recomended for relaxation. if u want to do sight seeing then its too far from main beaches.

There is no water in wash basin, TV is not working, ac is almost dead, I don't like to give negative reviews but after complaining so many times to the staff there was no improvement .

was a comfortable clean room. was on the main road not near the shore. parking a car can be difficult most times. people were good specifically the restaurant servce team.

This hotel is in process of opening properly and still running, as few construction is going on; looks within a months time everything would be setteled.
