Polo Towers is centrally located and easily accesible (walkable) to near by places like police bazaar, golf course , etc .. A morning walk around this place is suggested as the visitors can get to experience the essence of the place & people .. An evening walk (around 6-7) also helps as it is the right time for the local market .. The ambience of the hotel is really good & at the same time pocket friendly too .. well maintained standards of hygiene & extra precautions of sanitization ... Not but not the least , one cannot miss the food here ... The food at Polo Towers is a feast for Shillong visitors. Am literally drooling while i type this 😜😋 The food here is not just delicious , it's sumptuous.. I truly enjoyed few delicacies like dimsum, chow-mein , etc .. All thanks to the staff for giving wonderful experience to the visitors .. Friendly staff & local people ...

Hotel Polo tower is located at the road side in the city with its parking...have a excellent Infrastructure . Rooms are clean ,cleaned bathrooms with full toiletries..room service is perfect.lobby is nice looking and one can relax there.Breakfast have good choices with lot of variety with a good taste.Over all excellent experience..

the best stay experience i’ve had on my solo trip so far. the staff, too many to name, were all extremely warm, friendly, detail oriented and incredibly helpful. the spa is also worth trying out and the therapist the room was gorgeous, really and the stay was just perfect! highly recommend it to families and solo travellers alike
