the rooms are good.. but in my room I found the AC to be very low.. so have a look before u opt for room... they have a excellent restaurant at the first floor... famously for the mutton biryani and Chinese friend chicken.. they have there food ready by 12 noon... please note that this hotels person at the reception are very narrow minded and will want charge u extra, they have a 12 noon check in.. I had my flight down by 8 am.. I requested for early check-in. they asked me to pay 600 RS extra. and the worst is that they also denied me my buffet free breakfast... then I had talk to some senior manager.. and solved both issue. so, it's a hit and miss. experience.

Remarkable experience had at the hotel, cracked nice deal with goibibo. If you are on official visit near ponnemalle, it's perfect place to stay in. Suggest to book through Goibibo, for great discount. Walk in rates are higher. Being in Chennai, the food here has great North India taste too. About the room, it is well organised with perfect ambience. Washroom and other amenities are up to the mark. Happy to stay.....

Hotel is very neat and clean awesome arrangement and management A special thanks to hotel lady reception staff very familiar and good behave with customers Within 5 understand to me all details and policy with check-in in room Room is also very good no need to call housekeeping for anything Everything is available before asking

Overall stay was good. the ambience inside the hotel was very good. staff and receptionist were so polite to answer all the concerns.Thing that can be improved: Food quality and quantity. felt the quantity was not enough for the price that was taken .

HOTEL should SHOW Hindi ENTERTAINMENT channel such as SAB TV, &TV, COLORS, ZEE TV, SONY TV on priority basis which is not available if they want more customers or visitors to select the hotel.

stay was just fine for a business visit. Thai restaurant on roof top is worth. very tasty food at Thai restaurant. morning breakfast buffet should be improved very less on menu for the buffet.
