Port Muziris, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, Kochi

the stay was good , i am giving this place a 4 star because the staff needs to be in check some staff might have opened the dry fruits jar and left it and they asked us if we did. if we would've done that we wouldn't leave one dry fruit left in those cans. but i explained them we didn't do it and i don't know what happened next. the staff especially irin was so polite we had a smooth checkin process. the hotel is well kept and looks esthetic would like to visit again but next time i'll have a video while checking out because i didn't like the way we were trying g to prove that we didn't touch anything in three room. rest everything was great The stay was good , I am giving this place a 4 star because the staff needs to be in check some staff might have opened the dry fruits jar and left it and they asked us if we did. we were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 4am. we got to hotel that time and we didn’t wanna wait. so this was a big plus. we had a wonderful experience at the port muzaris the staff at this property are all great! every staff members especially denna we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! the staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room. no words to comment regarding food. food was delicious & super yummy!! great location, easy to get in and out of the airport. . thank you!! will recommend to my colleagues & fmly.

amazing experience overall.. It was a week-long tour to multiple cities in southern India, that was my last property to stay just for a night bcz it is close to the airport. I received a very warm welcome during the check in, a beautiful towel fold with a welcome note from Hk, welcome fruit platter, personalized service. basically, it feels like family. I would like to thank Mr. vasudevan along with the entire hotel staff, from the porter-doormen-front staff, housekeepers and food department. kudos to team Port Muziris. love you guys, recommend to all regards tanuj personal care, valued service, smiling face, attentive staff and beautiful cozy hotel..

Fantastic looking property ambience and interiors design wise, at a not-so-bad location. Would’ve liked to review after experiencing more of their services like food, spa and whatever makes them a tribute hotel. Compact rooms with pleasingly designed interiors though
