Hotel staffs are friendly and polite .... BUT this hotel is not worth for what they charge. I paid ** for 2 night stay for 3 ppl after discount **. When I checked in the AC was not working, Due to power fluctuation the fan didn't work for full night and there was not working plug point to charge mobile also. After so many request they have shifted me to another room. But same AC and plug point problem continued.Bathroom was not clean. For hot water you have to ask them , then they will deliver it to you in one standard bucket.There is no cupboard also.Yes they have returned Rs500 to me as the AC was not working without any argument, but due to all these problems I and my parents suffered a lot. DONT GO FOR THIS HOTEL.

This Hotel is awesome. It is very close to Gaya Railway Station, just a distance of 5 minutes walking. It provides hot water for bathing. The hotel is very very clean. The staff is very cooperative. They provided us a very good Pandit for Pooja. The stay was awesome. The Vishnu Pad Temple is around 3.5km from the hotel. Auto Rikshaw is available from this Hotel to Vishnu Pad Temple. They will charge Rs.30 per seat. We highly recommend this hotel.

hotel is very very near gaya junction railway station. Hotel is good, manager/owner is flexible to your requirement, in terms of stay extension for few hours due to train timing delay/ late/ odd timing. Very courteous. Generally people go to gaya for sraadh in vishnupaad and by rickshaw it will be 100-150 rupees charge. So hotel is overall convenient.

Due to renovation they shifted my booking to another hotel and told that they had arranged and informed that hotel manager about that.so we don't have to pay over there as it was already paid. But at the time of check-out the started asking for payment and all.I have to show my booking details in early morning while we were getting late for train.

Hotel is situated approximately 200 mtr. away from railway station. It is situated in Laxman sahay lane , just infront of railway station main gate. Hotel is good . only issue is that washroom is very small. It is situated nearby railway station it attract more to visit this hotel as a business traveller.

There is it's my first experience in the Hotel Prem. I appreciate hotel staff for allow me chek in earlier. But when I entered the room , we have found that bedsheet is dirty ( it's may not been changed) and Blanket also not clean. I also request him to change the same but he has ignore the same

hotel is near to station. reception on Ground floor , self residency on 1st floor, hotels room on 2nd and 3rd floor . jab main ruka tab baar baar light jaa Raha tha jis ke Karan TV nahi Chala paya. inverter ke line ka supply hota hai power cut me.But good service of staff. Room also clean.

Not for people who want to study before exam. Ventilators are open above the doors, so lot of noise enters to your room. No towel etc was given. Overall not very good experience.
