I stayed in hotel Prem Nivas for two days in the end of December 2023. I went to Madurai on a religious trip with my parents. We had such great experience in the hotel that I will highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. The two best things were, firstly, location of hotel is just one kilometre away from Meenakshi Amman Temple. And all major restaurants and markets are also just few steps away from hotel. Secondly, the staff of the hotel is very nice and cooperative. The room cleaning people to floor attended to reception people, all went out of their way to give us best service. The room is also very clean and spacious. Hotel is centrally air conditioned. TV was working fine. Although the hotel doesn't have the restaurant but very famous and good restaurants are all nearby and also hotel staff can bring tea or food from nearby restaurants to the room itself.

However room size is small despite that it is suitable for solo traveller or travelling with friends. All the basic facilities are available there. The big thing is that property is very near to Meenakshi Mandir and behaviour of staff and hotel manager is very cordial. I had travelled just few days ago. Geyser and lift were also there. So this property deserves 5 Star.

It was very pleasant and more comfortable 3days stayed in a hotel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and good ventilation. Hotel Staff are very cooperative and more over helping to get anything from outside for any number of times without any reciprocation. Further to this Reception Staff are very polite and assisting us in the good manner. Regards.

very good behaviour, nice rooms, spacious, we were given on 5th floor, no need of AC, mosquitos are problem, TV was working, nice toiletries provided, potable water available, warm water available, Clean washroom, best for family, walkable distance from all nearby spots, no need to take auto, Meenakshi temple 5mins walkable distance

stay at reasonable price through goibibo, better to take ac room, we opted for.non ac as our checkout is by night, lodge is near to temple, auto charges from lodge to temple is around 80/- room is spacious, bathrooms aswell, good locality, veg hotels are at walkable distance, can do shopping at chennai silks, opp to this lodge

I am giving 5 star to hotel ,nice hotel in this price thanks to goibibo, very good staff we are reached at 11.00pm at hotel & check out 5.00 am in next morning but staff is very good behaviour no issue in hotel 2 room with 6 member of family nice staff & better understanding of staff thanks to goibibo

excellent place..Just a waliking distance dromedary.Station. Good restaurants nearby which provide north Indian food too. Near to Minaxi temple. I recommend this property to traveller's. It is pocket friendly too.
