This was my third time visit to hotel prestige. Whenever I go to shimla I used to stay in hotel prestige.The reception manager is very welcoming and staff behaviour is extremely polite. The vicinity with mall road is another reason to stay very close to lift. No need to carry your luggage they sent their staff to the lift.They have their pickup and drop facility which is good. But the main part is their food ...their catering services is of next level, delicious food served. Just enjoy the street food and have your meal in the hotel.....never disappoints you.

The food was most favourite thing i got in this hotel and the guy on the reception was very polite and humble. i would prefer to others to book this hotel with breakfast. The staff were very cooperative and humble. one of the best stay i got in this hotel even they provided extra blanket on request.

it was a nice stay. hotel is at fantastic location very near to mall road and ridge. one can easily reach there by walking. cool views of the entire city from the window/balcony. staff behavior was extremely good and supportive also food served was extremely Good and tasty.

Stayed with family for 2 days. Very nice hotel. Location is exactly on mall road, just climb few stairs and you'll be on mall road. Pradeep bhai and Amar bhai and other staff is very co-operative. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit again. Thank you everything.

Fantastic location, in close proximity with mall road, easy to reach..... cleanliness and freshness was awesome. worth every penny. tastey food served ... No hindrance,, warm melcome.... cool view specially in the night from the window of the entire city was awesome.

Good hotel for family stay. The behavior stuff, hotel manager is good enough. I have two children with doing extreme level of disturbance but we hotel manager and stuff is very much familiar with child activity. Highly recommend.
