This hotel has given me worst experience and nightmares when I stayed in it. I am listing all the issues - 1)We did prebooking 2 months earlier and when we arrived there they failed to give us one of our two rooms and said they don't have any rooms available, and we will get out room next day, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a hotelier 2)The staff is very rude and arrogant, threatening that they will refund us and force us to find the new hotel in the middle of our trip when ...more

Worst experience ever. 1.Then one person came and took us to other hotel very far from there which was pathetic. 2. When asked to get accommodation in same apartment which can be seen in pics, he started arguing. 3. He started misbehaving and rudely asked us to cancel the booking. 4. We spoke to his supervisor over phone and he replied that he is at home and if I have any problem with hotel then cancel the booking( he didn't even try to resolve the problem). 5. Their non-professional attitude became worst experience...

Pathetic services, cleanliness. It is actually some individual apartments managed by could of individuals. Ok for bunch of bachelors who need beds to sleep in night. Expect rough and irresponsible behaviors to stay calm.

Pathetic Experience..!! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone... we had book AC family Studio Apartment. But when we entered the room it was a normal room. during the time of booking they said they have swimming pool in the hotel.. but there was no swimming pool. and even more worse there was no lock to the door.. i have booked so many hotels but this was a very pathetic experience i had.. the hotel was 2 kms away from the given location.. because of this pathetic hotel my goa trip was ruin ...more

swimming pool was shown in the deal not operational. Apartment was on forth floor and lift is not working for months. cockroach were allover the place. bedsheets and towels were very old and bad. No toiletries. taps leaking. list is endless.

Its been nearly 8-10 yeras afteri had visited Goa. From batchlor life to Married life there is so much of difference. Private Apatment In Calangute really made me feel no much difference between Batchlor life and Married life. My wife, cousin sister and two kids enjoyed so much here that they all are being Proud of me for selecting this Apartment. A very nice apartment to live. the room guven to us was really very small 1. no Gas stove, no oven, no fridge. in other apartments there were mostly Russians and Americans. swimming pool is really nice. while checking in make sure u hav Xerox copies of ur ids. nylon pajamas for swimming.

great hotel... owner was super friendly... had a great time....very good service and great place to stay with friends... even the owner gave us rented car. from his contact at a cheaper price. no deposit 💰... The people' are super chill so no issues .. just keep your Ashar card and driving licence with you guys and it's done.
