unfortunately i was forgot to take pics. me i my friend take 2 seperate rooms yesterday. pay nearby rs. the rooms condition is very bad. my friends rooms ac was leaked and bed got wet. my rooms bed sheets blanket every thing is very bad condition smelly and seems like no cleaned recently. tv was not working. no hot water avilable in the bathroom and the cot was dusty that i was an alergic patient. which creates the night horrible for me. all switches were in bad condition that everywhere loose w ...more

the bedsheet was torn and i had to ask to get it changed. the room had coakroaches and the bedsheets and quilt were very dirty.

very bad experience. The room was so bad. there was no phone in the room. They didn't provide any towels and the staff was very rude worst experience.

I’m a frequent traveler to kochi and it was first time in this property. Panampally is always a calm area to stay. I got the deal in best economical way. Staffs were very cooperative. Room was very nice. I didn’t get an irronbox, that was the only drawback. Overall it was a great experience .

No restaurant is a definite let down and mineral water wasn't available either. Room is decent, they did clean the room like we asked them to. Paint has worn out in the room and hot water wasn't available.

It was located in the nice area and easily accessible to reach. Staff was supportive. Free Wi-Fi was available. Room was nice specious.We can stay there safely. It was awesome stay.
