Staff was young and in general very helpful and forthcoming (let us do laundry in hotel washing machine as well). But damn, how **** loud they can be in the corridors! The kitchen itself is on 2nd floor next to the rooms themselves, so there's a nonstop shuffling of feet, shouting and singing and whatnot between the kitchen and the rest of the hotel. Also, shower pressure and hot / cold water flow and balance..in both of the rooms we were in. If only it was quiet in the corridor, I'd gladly rate it 4+, as of now it's unfortunately barely 3.

4 of us visited Meghalaya 1st time... A new state n new people but when we visited pumpkin rooms it just became our home..... The staff there was just amazing n friendly... Being from Maharashtra we need a good n heavy breakfast and they provided us the same.... They helped us to plan our further journey as well.... Staff became our friends in just 3 days of our stay.

I stayed at pumpkin Rooms while i was on my family vacation at shillong and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The food served was warm and tasty as well. The location of the hotel is also easy to find and the staff were also cordial and courteous. I would really suggest to stay at this place if you visit shillong.

The property is located very close to police bazar and is well connected with it. Staff members are cooperative. Rooms are clean and spacious. Washroom is a bit small. There is an attached balcony with the rooms. Breakfast is also good. Clean and spacious room. Cooperative staff. Good lighting in the room.

service is very responsive hotel staff are very sweet rooms were clean breakfast was good things to improve is many basic stuffs should have been present and need not ask for - soap, towel, channels should be there in TV , doormat, etc . please arrange these stuffs and your good to go .

It was a little difficult to reach this place. When I reached there the door was closed so I called them and they open it. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Wi-Fi facility was available. In terms of security, it was good to stay.

The location was very far from the city, routes to reach it was were also not proper. Food quality was fine, but the services were very poor. They charged extra for complimentary breakfast if we asked for another unit. Overall 3/5 for the stay.

It was situated in the residential area and it was not that easy to reach. I tried food there. Staff was supportive. Housekeeping service was not available. Free Wi-Fi was not available. It was good to stay safely.

Clean room, clean bathroom. The Staff are super nice, cooperative. I wanted my sheets changed they did it without delay. Location is good, walkable distance to Ward's Lake I recommend this hotel to any traveller.
