couple of times power cut and takes decent amount of time which is 15 to 20 mins to switch the generator on. There was no water glass nor menu card. neither any welcome kit which would say were all we can connect such as housekeeping or kitchen or for reception. Bed linens were of average quality and wash room had no towels quite strange. Air conditioner. oh man that was terrible. hard cooling on this May month of summer. Roof top bar is completely spoiled doesn't match 5% even with the shown. Food quality is also average. However, room service was fine and acceptable. Just think before booking this property.

Tremendous... I loved to stay there again. It was quite good hospitality by Mr. Nirmal FO and Kind checkout by a lady staff in the morning (name unknown). A sudden power problem but a old person was there to help us in that. Very good hospitality, My Friend given a very good feedback about this hotel. very near to beach, keep it up guys ❤️ A positive feedback, Is there to address maintenance/electrician to check on the room broken windows glasses and door locks loose and AC cooling and phone mainly. thanks for your great hospitality guys 😊😊

This... Place... Was so far from main... Road.. And u won't feel comfortable.. At all with your family... Coz u see lots.. Of bad people around.... And u can't get the taxi near by.. U can see.. Lots of drunkard people around... Breakfast was horrible.... No spread at all... Rooms were good... But the view was like.. Shown in pic.. If u.. Alone.. And need some privacy and wanna spend.. Time only inside the room then could be good for you.. And don't order food there.. U might not like the taste even

Such a bad hotel. only the photos are good. in real no maintenance, no a/c working, water leakage parched with cloth in the bathroom. even after complaint raised to the facilities they didn't repair and not fixed. The rest room is not properly cleaned. no hygiene and no cleanliness. Lots of smoke smell in the lift is not suitable for all customers. i won't recommend this hotel to anyone. please don't be attracted by the photos. beware and don't waste money!

This has been my worst experience so far. I couldn't stay in the room, that I booked a different hotel room, for the night. I even asked for refund and it was not taken into a consideration. The lift was not working, we were asked walked thru creepy, dirty stairs. The place looked so bad, that as we walked past the corridor a fall ceiling dropped beside us. Please do unlist this hotel or take necessary actions against it. Please do process a refund.

Very horrible.. fridge is not working, no hot water supply, bathroom is smelly and water is not going through drainage, not clean , total loss of money.. no dental kit .. no showing kit .. when we are complaining they are asking to cancel the booking we complainted about the things re not working and they are asking me to cancel the booking

The check in process took so long. And the access card to get into the room didn't work properly. We had to wait for 30 mins to get into the room and after that it took another 30 mins for the access card issue to get resolved. Since we didn't like the quality of service we did a early check out within 4 hrs and booked another hotel.

Already not much to offer but when we asked to change room .. they said we booked superior not deluxe and hence can't change... For everything asking for additional charges even though they can do it for free with absolutely empty hotel. Only food is worth it

Only the view is good in this hotel. Hotel is very shady and dirty. Rooms were big but really very old and not taken care of. I did not feel safe. Staffs were okay like in few reviews it was mentioned they were rude but i did not find them rude at all.

Giving 1 star since there is no option less than that, Room is not maintained good and there is no intercom working to connect to reception, Room service is very bad if you ask for a water they will take minimum one hour to bring.

We vacated after 4 hours of staying. Employees were fighting among themselves, shouting and disturbing the peace. Room was full of water because of rain. Will Never visit again

Location is good but not at all hygienic. No good response, even for check in I have to wait for about an hour as no staff was there. Would never recommend to stay there.

The ambience was good near the beach but outside food is not allowed and the manager was bit rude.. restroom ceiling was broken and not fixed.. room service was good
