This is a value for money property. You are welcomed at the reception and no fuzz about getting the room keys. I found staff is very courteous and easy to deal with. Welcome drink is also served couple of times while we were waiting. The room allocated to us was at 5th floor and it was spacious with few in room amenities such as coffee/tea maker, instant coffee sachets and tea bags. The bathroom was clean with towels, napkins, dental kit and shower caps. You may ask for more if required. Food varieties, quality and taste was at par. Delicious, fresh and lovely. Even if you don't stay here, ensure you have the food here. We had the dinner and breakfast here. Swimming is spacious and towels are available at pool to take shower and clean yourself after bath. there is a private access to the Aksha beach but when staying in resort it's better to avoid the beach due to the crowd there. Note:Reaching the resort is a job due to the worst roads. but the resort could do nothing about it.

Overall experience was peaceful , a warmth . The place has the best ambiance for dinner buffet and the ocean view rooms and class apart . Already applied for membership. Hassle free services . Liked the room a-lot and the view it had was class apart - a small portion of beach but was visible and the amenities inside the rooms were good and enough . Thanks for the beautiful experience

We had an Awesome Stay at 'The Resort' , its true that Good Customer Service Enhances your Stay, and thats exactly what happened with us here. The Staff were extra courteous, especially restaurant Manager Mr.Rajesh and his colleague Mr.Prosenjit...!!! Would definitely be coming back to enjoy their uncompromising Hospitality....!!!

I couldn't ask more, everything was great, the food, staff, especially Mr. Eakansh Verma. did not feel we were away from the city and home. My kids loved the property and nothing else matters, they have amazing engaging stuff like birds, ducks, bunnies and the swimming pool was great too.

The resort is located in Madh and it is very far away from airport. Considering the traffic conditions in mumbai you have to keep extra hours if you have to catch flight after checkout. Easy check in, peaceful surroundings
